Lee Lo Mei

Featuring an array of options that combine innovative Cantonese cooking techniques with unmistakably nostalgic flavours, the menu reflects Hong Kong’s playful nature. At the helm of the restaurant is locally-born chef, Director of Culinary & Operations Max LEE, whose shared common Hong Kong surname inspired the title.  A play on a popular Cantonese phrase, “LEE Lo Mei” also takes on a second, less profane meaning when translated directly into English: “LEE’s Delicious Food”.

The signature interior that has taken inspiration from the roaring 1960’s, the opening image unveils the love story of Mr. and Miss Lee, from the moment they coyly catch eyes in Central at dusk until they part after their romantic dinner at a re-imagined LEE Lo Mei.
